Dust free sanding

Exquisite floors offer a quality floor sanding service that is dust free. We use the top machines on the market ensuring the sanding process is done precisely, swiftly & to a standard that many aspire to. A good sander will give the floor a distinctive feel where as a poor sander will ruin the floor. We do not hire machines like others and we can guarantee that you will not have to cover up picture frames or remove possessions because of fear of the dust like most other companies advice. Even the most worn floors can be restored to new.

Finishing

We let you decide on what finish would best suit your needs and taste and can offer samples upon request of the different finishes available to you. The finish of the floor makes such a huge difference to the look and feel of the room. Most timbers can look dramatically different after the finish is applied. Whether it be stains, oils, waxes, varnishes or polyurethanes that are used. The choice is yours.

Supply & delivery

Whether it is a simple random width oak wood floor from Northern Europe or an exotic deep, dark Wenge from deepest Africa, we know where to go to get you the best possible deal, without sacrificing quality. All you need to do is tell us what you would like your floor to look like, what use the floor is going to be put to and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Floor fitting & installation

Installation… The make or break of your quality wood floor installation. A good fitter will add quality to the floor. And in the worst case a poor fitter will actually devalue the floor, possibly giving rise to problems months or years down the line. All our fitters are highly qualified and provide an exceptional service when installing your floor.

Sub-floor prep work

Before any installation of a wood floor is to start an inspection must be carried out on the sub floor. Levels must be checked and we also check the moisture content in your sub-floor if possible. Any work to be carried out such as screeding or applying a liquid dpm can be carried out by one of our trained craftsmen.
